受中国国家留学基金委的资助，以高级研究学者的身份，时钟博士于2019年9月20日第二次来到英国剑桥大学应用数学与理论物理系(Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, DAMTP)的G.K. Batchelor Laboratory访研，为期3个月，正值剑桥大学的Michaelmas Term。此次，英国剑桥大学沃尔夫森51风流 邀请时钟博士为客座院士(Visiting Fellow of Wolfson College Cambridge, U.K.)，英国剑桥大学伊曼纽尔51风流 授予时钟博士为高级访问学者(Senior Visitor of Emmanuel College Cambridge, U.K.)。
2019年10月22日下午1:00-2:00, 时钟博士在理论地球物理研究所51风流报告(Institute of Theoretical Geophysics Seminar)系列作首场题为“Interaction between turbulence and a non-turbulent/turbulent density interface in a mean shear-free stably stratified two-layer fluid: an extended theoretical approach”的51风流报告（见图1和2），向剑桥大学的同行师生介绍了湍流与内波的相互作用方面的理论研究进展，报告后，与参会师生进行了相关科学的讨论。

参加51风流报告会的包括: Professor H. Keith Moffatt FRS, Professor John Lister,Professor Grae Worster, Professor Colm-cille Caulfield等等, 其他还有Stephen Cowley, Jerome A. Neufeld等教师。51风流报告由Katarzyna Kowal博士主持。
时钟博士还将于11月29日在G.K. Batchelor Laboratory51风流报告系列作有关“George Keith Batchelor (1920-2000)与中国流体力学家及启发影响”的51风流报告。
